Oct. 06, 1981 - Princess of Wales Charms the children of Builth Wells: As part of her tour of the principality with her husband, the Princess of Wales yesterday met hundreds of children at the Royal showground at Builth walle. In contrast to the previous rainswept days of the tour the sun shone brightly as the Prince, dressed in a euit of burgundy velvet with a matching ostrich - feather trimmed hat, stopped to chat to her young admirers including many cubs and Guides.
