1956 - Helene Morris Visits The Jordan Embassy. She Says King Hussein Loves Me': Helene Morris, the night club dancer who says King Hussein of Jordan is in love with her went today to the Jordanian Embassy to see the Ambassador. She wanted to protest at his statement earlier in the week denying that there was any romance. And she intended to ask for a visa to enable her to travel to Jordan. The Ambassador sent word that he was unable to receive her. Photo shows Helene Morris ringing the bell at the Embassy Afterwards she said I wanted to a show the Ambassador one of my love letters from King Hussein. It proves he loves me. Now I want to join him in Amman
