Feb. 25 HENRY MOORE VISITS HIS EXHIBITION IN JERUSALEM Henry Moore, the world-famous British Sculptor paid en unexpected Visit to Jerusalem to visit the British Council sponsored Henry Moore Exhibition'. Needless to say the exhibition which consisted of fifty of his works ranging from minute maquettes to gigantic bronzes attracteds heat of visitors to the Israel Museum. The 68-year-old sculptor was greatly impressed by the atlon of the wan-made setting and the natural grandeur o the Judean hills no background to his monument, pieces. Later Henry Moore toured the museum building and ahoyed himself greatly absorbed by the recently discovered prehistoric figures, found in the nearby desert of Beersheba whose, hopes show such affinity with modern sculpture. Finally the great English sculptor paid a visit to the Scher-Kennedy Youth wing of the Museum where students were making el, models.
