Feb. 26 Programme-Party-Congress of the Greens in Saarbrucken, West-Germany: Last weekend the Greens (political party which have among other items the protection of the environment and the refusal of nuclear energy in its programme) held their third party-congress. The main points of this congress were the election to the federal executive board and the passing of the party programme. It was sensation that the till now provisionally federal chairman Herbert Gruhl retired from his job. because the programme which was determined by the delegates does not contain ecological principles but other chief importances.
