Feb. 02, 1964 - Herbert Wilcox to Make Royal Film: Film chief Herbert Wilcox is to make a film about the life of King Edward VII, with his actress wife Anna Neagle as Queen Victoria. The film which will be made in England, in colour, will cost nearly 1, 00, 000. 72 year old Mr.Wilcox is at present appearing in the Bankruptcy Court where he is resisting a petition that has been brought against him, said to involve about 16, 000, but he has hinted that there is a fair chance of it being wiped out.
