Nov. 11, 1968 - Round The World on Single Engine Aircraft in 143 Hours. 38 year old French woman air pilot Herissa Pelissier completed her round the world flight on single engine French aircraft Wassmer Super 421in 143 hours and fifty stops. She left Toussus Le Noble airport near Paris, on September 12 and landed at the same airport after covering 45.000 Km.
