Hitler documents auctioned at Christie's, London
Dec. 19, 1963 - 19-12-63 Hitler Manuscript sells for £100 Documents showing the Family Tree of Adolf Hitler, claimed to have been found in the Berlin Bunker in 1945, were sold at Christie's in London today. They were bought for £100 by 24 year old electrical engineer John Francis McGowan, of Chelsea, who made the almost unheard of move of paying for the documents in cash.
