Jan. 16, 1959 - Food scarcity in Delhi, Queue for grain; Continuous shortage of food in Delhi now poses a threat to law and order in Indian capital. Long queues of women and children, who are living on one meal a day form at the shops of the grain dealers who have raised their prices 25% in the last twenty days.
