Feb. 07, 1955 - Canberra Jets Leave For Malaya To Step Up Offensive Against The Terrorists: The offensive against Communist terrorists in Malaya is being stepped up. A Squadron of Canberra Jet aircraft left Binbrook R.A.E. Station Lincolnshire - for Malaya where they are to undertake operational trials and at the same time take part in the campaign against the terrorists. This is the first time that Canberras have gone into action against an enemy. Photo shows Flight. Lieut. F.R.C. Staff looks on as Flying Officer P.
