Mar. 03, 1973 - Ingrid Bergman attends Luncheon of the Women's Campaign for Soviet Jewry: Actress Ingrid Bergman attended a luncheon this morning at the Imperial Hotel, Russell Square, London, where she was presented with a medallion designed by Andrew Grima and she read Sylva Zalmanson on one side and USSR Jewish Prisoner of Conscience on the other and costs £2.00 and the object is for people all over the country to wear it to help in the fight for Sylva's release. She was one of the first Jews to constantly apply for a visa to Israel, she is desperately ill and is serving 8 more years of a 10 year hard labour camp sentence in the USSR.
