Mar. 31 Isabel Peron Represents Her Husband. Asuncion, Capital of Paraguay, December 3rd 1975. Due to a recent indisposition of President Juan Peron, his wife Isabel Martinez de Peron is to replace him on the signing of the hydro-electric dam, a construction by Argentina and Paraguay on the river Parana which will be of extraordinary importance for both countries. The construction will cost approx. 1000 million dollars and will be ready in 1980.
