Isabel Peron and President of Paraguay agreement on dam

Mar. 31 Isabel Peron Represents Her Husband. Asuncion, Capital of Paraguay, December 3rd 1975. Due to a recent indisposition of President Juan Peron, his wife Isabel Martinez de Peron is to replace him on the signing of the hydro-electric dam, a construction by Argentina and Paraguay on the river Parana which will be of extraordinary importance for both countries. The construction will cost approx. 1000 million dollars and will be ready in 1980. Here is President Alfredo Stroessner, President of Paraguay greeting Isabel Peron after the signing of the Agreement of Paraguay for the future dam at Yacirete-Apipo which will generate more than three millions of kilowats
