Israel demonstrates new home built aircraft, Tel Aviv

Jan. 18, 1975 - Israel Introduces New Home Built Aircraft. The Israel Air Force's home built fighter aircraft, the KFIR, made its first public appearance this week when it gave a demonstration flight at Tel Aviv. The KFIR has a speed of twice the speed of sound.
