Jan. 09, 1970 - Admiral Mordechai Limon, who oversaw the Cherbourg Project (that involved smuggling five missile boats that had originally been purchased by Israel and embargoed by France, according to Wikipedia), was subsequently asked to leave France by the French government. He left Paris this morning with his wife and children and is pictured here answering journalists questions before leaving for the airport
