Nov. 11, 1974 - Head of Palestine Liberation Organization at UN Headourters: The Head of the Palestine Liberation organization(PLO), Yasir Arafat, arrived at UN Headquarters early in this Morning. He will be the first speaker in the General Assembly's opening debate on the question of Palestine. The Assembly voted on 14th October to invite the PLO to Participate in its deliberation on the subject.
