Nov. 11, 1974 - Reception For Representatives Of The Palistine Liberation Organization At UN Headquarters: Dr. Aluzed Esmat Abdel Meguid, Permanent Representative of Egypt to the UN and this month's Chairman of the Arab Gruop, gave a reception at UN Headquarters this evening for representatives of the Palastine Liberation Organization (PLO). The PLO was invited by the general Assembly on 14 October to participate in its debate on the question of Palestine. that debate began today. The head of the PLO, Yasir Arafat, was the first speaker.
