Nov. 11, 1974 - Reception for representatives of the Palstine Liberation Organization UN Head quarters: Dr. Ahmed Esmat Abdel Meguid, Permanent Representative of Egypt to the UN and this month's Chairman of the Arab Group, gave a reception at UN Headquarters this evening for preresentatives of the Palestine Liberation Organization. The PIO was invted by the general Assembly on 14 October to participate in its debate on the question of Palestine. That debate began today. The Head of the PIO, Yasir Arafat, was the first speaker.
