Mr. Dom Mintoff: The leaders of the Malta Political Parties attended talks with the Colonial Secretary at Carlton House Terrace this morning on future of the Island's Constitution. The talks are separate as Dr. Borg Olivier (Nationalist Party) and Dom Mintoff (Labour) refuse to sit at same table as Miss Mabel Strickland (Progressive Constitutional Party) as the claim the party is a ghost party'.
