Quest for Italian Cabinet.: Signor Mariano Rumor, Secretary of the Christian Democratic Party, is carrying out the mandate given him on Monday by President Saragat of Italy, for looking into the prospects of leading a new Government, following the resignation of the government of signor Aldo Moro. Signor Rumor has been given a more explicit mandate than many expected and must be regarded as prime Minister-designate with the task of doing his best to put an administration together.
