Venice Campaign in Danger.: Italian hopes to raise 400 million dollars to save the city of Venice from sinking into the sea may founder on the unwillingness of government to contribute needed funds. Milan newsman Indro Montanelli, who has spaked the campaign to save the city, said the Venice a city in crisis for two centuries, has reached a decisive moment'.
