Oct. 10, 1961 - Murder Victim Found Alive -Twelve Years Later.Brother Sever Sentence - For Crime He did Not Commit.: Twelve years ago Paolo Gallo (now 58) vanished from Avola, Southern Sicily leaving his wife and two daughters behind. His bloodstained beret was found in the woods - and his brother Salvadore, Who always proclaimed his innocence - was charged and convicted of his murder. Saldvadore was sentenced to Life imprisonment in the Islan d Fortress off Santa Stefano - off Naples. Paolo has now been discovered alive and well in a Sicilian Mountain but Salvadore has now been released.Photo shows Mrs. Christina Gallo and her daughter Giuseppina - arriving at the hospital in Ragusa to see her husband and father for the first time in twelve years
