Dec. 12, 1963 - Christian Democrat leader Aldo Moro agreed to head Italy's new center-left Government bringing socialists into the new Cabinet. Socialist leader Pietro Nenni was named Vice Premier and Democrat Socialist Giuseppe Saragat was named Foreign Minister. This morning at Quitinale Italian President Antonio Segni recieved the new givernment oath of allegiance. OPS: Hon. Saragat swears. on right President Segni and Prime Minister Moro
