Aug. 08, 1970 - Monsignor Agostino Casaroli in Yugoslavia: The Secretary of the Vatican council for public affairs of the Church (Vatican's Foreign Minister) Monsignor Agostino Casaroli payed a three day official visit to Yugoslavia. During his stay Msgr. Cararoli had talks with Yugoslav Foreign Secretary Mirko Tepavac and was received by President Tito on the Island of Brioni. Beside Belgrade, Msgr.
