Jacques Fourmont, master pastry chef, with sculpture
Apr. 29, 1972 - At Nice's catering college, Jacques Fourmont a licensed Master Pastry Chef, made a sugar sculpture in honour of the 125th anniversary of Master Chef Escoffier's birth. He used 18 kilos of sugar to make the sculpture. THe title of the piece is Le Ciel sur l'azur du jardin (Blue Sky Over a Garden)
