Jan. 01, 1980 - MR PRIOR ATTENDS OPEN UNIVERSITY NATIONAL PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE ADELPHI HOTEL This Morning at the Adelphi Hotel in London the Open University held their National Press Conference One of the guests was the Secretary of State for Employment Mr James Prior, who met open university students from all over the country PHOTO SHOWS: Mr Prior seen talking to Mr Vernon Commons, 37, from Barnsley, Yorks and his wife, He is an OU Student who took a configuration of technology, system thinking and social sciences courses which reflected his work interests as a training officer.
