Jan. 01, 1984 - Jan 09th, 1984, Chinese Prime Minister, Zhao Ziyang, visits New York City. Part of the official visit to the United States of Zhao Ziyang, Premier State Council of the people's republic of Chins, was a stop over in New York City. Mr.Ziyang saw the twin towers, took a boat ride of lower manhattan and spoke to leaders of the chinese american community. He also held meetings with Ex President Richard Nixon, and Ex Secretary of State Cyrus Vance in Hotel Suite at the Plaza Hotel.
