Aug. 08, 1969 - Janine Gray Comes To London Baby Bear As mascot: Glamorous Janine Gray flew into London today from Hollywood to star in Thames Television's popular series Sexton Blake which will start again this autumn. 27-year old Janine has been in Hollywood for five years and has appeared in the films, The Americanisation of Emily, Quick Before It Melts, and The Third Day'. She has had parts in television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Hogan's Heroes, Bewitched and The Alfred Hitchcock Hour'. now that her marriage to a Californian doctor has ended, Janine feels her future lies in England and she is looking forward to her role in Sexton Blake - the only woman in a cast of 12 men. on her arrival, Janine's London agent gave her a present of a 3-month old baby bear as a lucky mascot. In Hollywood, Janine kept a bear as a pet for her two-year-old son, and Michael Summerton thought they both might miss it. Photo shows.
