Alert - is presented with a Golden Key to the City of Tokyo - by Jiro Takase, Chief of he Foreign Affairs Section, Tokyo Metropolitan Government (left). The Goodwill presentation was made to the Commander of the British Warship when he paid a courtesy call at the Tokyo Governor's office. The Alert war in Tokyo harbour for a few days goodwill visit to the Japanese capital
