Dec. 12 JAPANESE NO SURRENDER SOLDIER'S REUNION WITH GUAM GOVERNOR. (Keystone Tokyo). Shoichi Yokoi (57) the ex-sergeant of the Imperial Japanese Army who hid in the Guam jungle for 28 years, had a reunion with the governor of the island, and his wife in a Tokyo hospital, where the old soldier is recovering from his emaciation.
