Feb. 25 Tokyo;s Eiffel Tower to open in December.: Tokyo Tower, the official name of the I.082 foot T. V. tower will be officially opened by Crown Prince Akihito in December. It is 40 feet higher than the famous Paris landmark. It will be Tokyo's fourth T. V. station. Huge T. v. studios and a scientif museumare being built below the tower in the area inside the four supporting legs. Photo shows the Tokyo tower showing the 1st platform, beneath which is the T. V. studios and science museum
