The planning department city who want to construct a spacious plaza in the teeming Yurakucho district have compensated owners of the alley and demolished their little wooden shops all excvept Sakaki's raw fish establishment who is holding out until he gets what he thinks he has coming to him Each time the pressure mounts form the city hall, Sakaki obtains a court order that all utilities will be continued. and all forceful actions are prohibited, Tokyoite are watching the mite against battle with keen interest.
