Feb. 25 Japanese Climb Mount Fuji Five Abreast: Over 25.000 Japanese hikers climbed Mount Fuji, Japan's sacred volcano this weekend to escape the city's heat wave. The main trail up the mountain was so crowded that the Climbers were five abreast. Photo Shows The mountaineers looked lines a trail of ants from the helicopter which took this picture, as they reached the eighth station near the summit. There are ten stations before the crater is reached
