Feb. 28 Idlewild Airport, N.Y. Sept. 16 -- Japan's Foreign Minister, Aiichiro Fujiyama, left, is greeted by his son, Kakuichiro, 29, A student at MIT, after his arrival aboard TWA from San Francisco. Mr. Fujiyama, a retired business man, is in town for the United nations general assembly session where he will campaign for a seat for Japan on the security council several Japanese dignitabies were also on hand to welcome the foreign minister, including: Ambassador Koto Matsudaira, permanent representative to the United Nations, Toru Hagiwara, ambassador to Canada and Takezo Shimoda, Minister at the embassy of Japan. Mr. Koichiro Asakai, ambassador to the United States, was aboard the flight from San Francisco
