Feb. 28 Idlewild Airport, N.Y. Sept. 16 -- Japan's Foreign Minister, Aiichiro Fujiyama, left, is greeted by his son, Kakuichiro, 29, A student at MIT, after his arrival aboard TWA from San Francisco. Mr. Fujiyama, a retired business man, is in town for the United nations general assembly session where he will campaign for a seat for Japan on the security council several Japanese dignitabies were also on hand to welcome the foreign minister, including: Ambassador Koto Matsudaira, permanent representative to the United Nations, Toru Hagiwara, ambassador to Canada and Takezo Shimoda, Minister at the embassy of Japan.
