Mar. 27 Last rush to see Expo; The Expo site in Osaka is bursting at its seams as hundreds of thousands rush to see the exhibition before it ends on September 13th. In one day 830, 000 visitors formed vast queues at the five entrances hours before the gates were opened beating the previous day's record of 780, 000. The maximum number of visitors the fair can accept at one time is around 506, 000 and the gates were close, Disappointed visitors had to visit until the following day to enter the exhibition, and some 4, 000 slept in the open beneath the stars.
