Sep. 09, 1964 - Over and Under expressways ready for Tokyo's Olympic Traffic: After three years of construction, the network of high and low-level expressways leading to the various Olympic stadiums are now open to traffic in Tokyo. The old narrow roads, many suitable only for richshaws have been done away with to clear the path for the super highways which start from the International airport through the city.
