Jean Fraser, sculptor, with wax model of Picasso
Nov. 11, 1972 - Picasso figure for Madame Tussaud's : The wax figure of Picasso, made by Madame Tussaud's sculptor Jean Fraser, will take its place in the new Grand Hall on Wednesday, December 6. Picasso is the first artist ever to appear in the exhibition, although portrait figures of Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Karel Appel can be seen in the only other genuine Madame Tussaud's, in Amsterdam.
