The Sibelius week festivities in Helsinki ended recently with a concert by the Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of the famous British guest conductor Eugene Ormandy in the Messhall, Helsinki and a banquet held in the City Hall, before the great finale Mr. and Mrs. Ormandy paid a visit to the 90 year old composer Sibelius himself.
