The monument at Codden Hill, near Barnstaple, North Devon, commissioned by Jeremy Thorpe, leader of the Liberal Party, to his wife Caroline who died in a car crash in June last year. It was designed by Bertram Clough Williams-Ellis, Welsh architect. The Archbishop of Canterbury will dedicate it
