May 05, 1971 - Jesco von Puttkamer, new German Ambassador to Israel, gives reception in Bonn: Recently, Bonn's youngest ambassador, 53 year old Jesco von Puttkamer, gave a farewell reception in Bonn which was attended by numerous ambassadors and chief editors. Von Puttkamer, former chief editor of Vorwarts, will leave for Israel in the middle of May as ambassador of the Federal Republic and take the place of Hermann Knoke who is to become ambassador for the Federal Republic in Brazil.
