Oct. 10, 1972 - German Juwel-Day: Between October 6th and 9th the 6. German Juwel-Day takes place in Frankfurt (West Germany). 1000 Juwelers from many countries are expected to come. A guest of honour is the Ambassador from South Africa, Donald B. Sole. In connection with German Juwel and Watches, the international Juwel-Salon takes place. During this exhibition which is open to the public, two curiosities are shown for the first time in Europe the 104 carat Big Chrysantheme-Diamond from South Africa and the Pearl-freedom-bell from Japan.
