Dec. 15 Meeting of South Africa's premier Vorster and US Foriegn Minister Kissinger in Bavaria: On June 24th and 25th 1976, the premier of South Africa, Johannes Vorster and the foreign minsiter of the United States, Henry Kissinger are having talks at Bodenmais and Grafenau at the Bavarian Forest in West-Germany. Premier Vorster, who is in West-Germany to attend a meeting of South Africa's ambassadors, and minister Kissinger are discussing the present situation in southern Africa.
