And Yemen Will have supreme Council For Policy: The Charter for the creation of the United Arab States was signed at the Guest Palace in Damascus recently between the United Arab Republic and the Kingdom of Yemen. President Gamal Abdul Nasser signed on the behalf of the U.A.R. while Emir Mohammed El Badr, Crown Prince of the Yemen, signed for the South Arabian Kingdom.
