1974 - Assembly Hears Gabon, Yugoslavia, Soviet Union And Tunisia In Continuing Debate On Raw Materials And Development: Beginning the second day of debate on the problems of raw materials and development, the General Assembly this morning heard statements by the President of Gabon and the Foreign Minsters of Yugoslavia, the Soviet Union and Tunisia. The Assembly also decided to assign the item on raw materials and development - the subject of its current special session to the Ad Hoc Committee which it had set up on the opening day of the session, On Tuesday, 9 April.
