Joseph Luns, Dutch Foreign Minister, waxwork figure
Aug. 08, 1968 - Dr Joseph Luns Visits Madame Tussaud's to See His Waxwork Figure. The Figure of Dr. Joseph Luns, the Foreign Minister of the Netherlands, was added to Madame Tussaud's exhibition today. The figure has recently been completed in Madame Tussaud's workshops, having been sculpted by Bristol sculptor Ernest Pascoe. Dr. Luns himself visited the exhibition this afternoon. The figure joins a group of World Statesmen in the Grand Hall, standing next to President de Gaulle. Dr. Luns figure will, in fact be the tallest in the Exhibition, his height being 6 feet five and a half inches.
