Armed Soldiers Patrolled The City of Bogota During The Balloting. There Were Only A Few People And Cars In The Streets. The Latest Official Report From The Elections Commission Showed That With 97 Percent Of The Ballots Counted, Mr Turbay Had 2.2 Million Votes To 2.1 Million For Mr. Betancur.
