Kate Bush, English popular singer, wins two awards
Mar. 06, 1979 - Kate Bush-Britain's Best Female Singer: Last night Kate Bush won two awards -one for the Best British Female Singer and one for the Best British Newcomer at the Capital Radio Music Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House, London. Kate, the daughter of a doctor in Kent, made her name with the record Wuthering Heights'.
