Apr. 22, 1967 - 22-4-67 Grandmother Kathy to play the part of the Queen at a Vietnam War protest rally An impersonation of the Queen by a 57-year-old grandmother, Mrs. Kathleen Farr, at a Vietnam War protest is to go on despite a warning by Scotland Yard. The decision was made by the Committee of 100, the group which is to stage the rally in Trafalgar Square on Sunday week, April 30th. Mrs. Fare will don a purple cloak and tiara to play the part of the Queen and after a march from White Chapel will decorate an Australian solder for bravery in Vietnam for killing innocent children. Mrs. Farr has paid fines totaling 200 following anti-war demonstrations.
