Mar. 03, 1963 - Independent of wind and weather the Berlin children are able now over the whole year to fly their kites, even when they do not own a kite. Flying of a Kite is the title of the bronze sculpture of the Berlin sculptor Ursula Forster, which has been erected now in the community park of Berlin Lankwitz.
