Knud Knudsen with Gerhart Hauptmann sculpture
Jan. 15, 1962 - Gerhart Hauptmann bust: By order of the city of Frankfurt, the sculptor Knud Knudsen made this bronze bust of the world famous Silesian poet Gerhart Hauptmann. The bust is to be unveiled in front of the Gerhart Hauptmann School in Frankfurt on the occasion of the anniversary year of the 100th birthday of the poet (born on Nov. 15th, 1862)
