Korean Foreign Minister: Chung Whan Cho, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea since 1956, an extemely important post since there is no Prime Minister. Born in South Korea in 1890. HO became a Presbyterian and made his way to America in 1951 to graduate from Michigan University. Returning to Korea in 1923 he taught for five year until joining the underground movement against the Japanese rulers of Korea, for which he was imprisoned several times. He is married with three daughters
