Mar. 27 Sentence In Lischka Trial In Cologne, West Germany: The sentence in the so-called Lischka trial in Cologne was pronounced (11.2.80). In this trial the former SS-Sturmbannfuhrer Kurt Lischka (70) and two further former members of SS, Herbert Hagen (66) and Ernst Heinrichsohn (59) were accused of support to murder numberless French Jews during the Third Reich. News Kurt Lischka has been sentenced to 10 years of detention, 12 years for Herbert Hagen and 6 years for Ernst Heinrichsohn were passed by the court.
